​The course addresses, in the first part, study of Jordanian environmental legislations and comparisons. In the second part, the course addresses analysis of its applications and comparison with similar regional and global environmental cases and situations as well as Civil and Criminal liability of violating the legislations with emphasis on environmental crimes.
